Chapter 01
Most breakdowns aren't sudden, they're overdue
A furnace that quits on the coldest night of the year and an air conditioner that dies on the hottest afternoon rarely fail without warning. A dirty flame sensor, a capacitor going weak, a clogged filter starving the blower, a coil caked in dust: these things build up slowly over months, and the equipment usually keeps limping along until the day it's working the hardest, which is exactly the day you can least afford for it to stop. A system that's never inspected between one problem and the next is a system where the next small fault gets found the hard way, at 11pm in January.
That's the whole case for a maintenance program: catching the small thing before it becomes the emergency call.

Two levels, both built around the same bi-annual visit
We run two maintenance programs, Pro Partner and Prime Partner. Both are built around the same core: bi-annual preventative maintenance, meaning your system gets a real inspection and tune-up twice a year, once ahead of cooling season and once ahead of heating season, instead of running unchecked for twelve months at a stretch.
Both programs also carry priority scheduling with a 24 hour guarantee, so a maintenance customer isn't waiting behind the rest of the call list when something does come up, plus discounts on repairs and equipment if a part does need replacing. Karen handles the details on which level fits your system and household, and can walk you through exactly what's included.
Chapter 03
After hours coverage that isn't priced like a penalty
The other piece of both programs is the after hours and emergency rate. Members get a discounted rate for evening, weekend and holiday calls, rather than the overtime labor rate a system would otherwise be charged outside office hours. On a night when the furnace goes out during a cold snap, that's the difference that actually matters.
One of our maintenance customers, Judy Wiley, put it simply after her system replacement: the contract "provides peace of mind knowing that they are available when needed."
