AC system design & install
A/C Installation
A right-sized system, designed for the house you actually have, put in by the family that's been doing this in Belleville since 1969. An A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau for decades.
Chapter 01
The most common failure mode we design around
The single biggest reason a new system disappoints is the wrong size going into the wrong house, an oversized unit that short-cycles and never pulls the humidity down, or an undersized one that runs constantly and still can't keep up on the hottest days. Either way you paid for a system that doesn't do the job.
That's why sizing comes before equipment. Ductwork condition matters just as much, a new condenser bolted onto leaky, undersized duct runs the same way an old one did, so we look at the whole path from the unit to the register, not just what sits outside.

How an install actually goes
Karen handles estimates and walks you through the equipment and the financing terms before anything is scheduled, so there are no surprises when the crew shows up. On install day, that includes duct sealing where the runs need it, a thermostat set up to match the equipment, and an air filter sized correctly from day one.
For a new build we run a full Manual J load calculation and design the ductwork from scratch rather than sizing off a guess, the same process behind more than 1,500 homes we've put systems into over the past ten years.
Chapter 03
What happens after the install
We walk you through the thermostat and what the system is doing before the crew leaves, so you're not left guessing at a new interface. Preventative maintenance keeps a new system running the way it did on day one, and it's worth booking before the first summer, not after something goes wrong.
If it's time to talk indoor air quality alongside a new system, an air purifier, humidifier or ventilator installs cleanly into the same ductwork while we're already there.
